It's not easy feeding a house full of boys ... growing, picky and HUNGRY boys ... but this always seems
fill everyone's bellies! Oh, did I mention it's SUPER easy too?!
That's right, only takes about 15 minutes after the chicken is done to make the tacos ...
everyone has time for that!

I also find it takes less time if I prep the toppings throughout the day, which makes it faster to assemble!

Ingredients:
4 Thawed Chicken Breasts
1 Jar of Salsa
Soft Taco Shells
Hard Taco Shells
Refried Beans
Mexican Blend Cheese
Lettece
Tomato
Sour Cream
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot, add about 3/4 of the jar of salsa and cook throughout the day
Shread chicken and put to side
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spread refried beans on soft taco, cover hard taco, add chicken and cover with cheese
Stack tacos in caserole dish and place in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles
Take out tacos, add sour cream, lettece, tomato and a small amount of salsa
Enjoy!
